Teriyaki Burger with Three Meats
These burgers made with ground pork, beef and chicken are softer and rich in umami!
Main ingredients (3 servings)
– A total of 300 grams of minced beef, pork and chicken (don’t worry about the number of grams of each meat)
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 egg
– 1/2 cup (20 grams) of breadcrumbs
– 1/2 (100 grams) of onion
– 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
Ingredients for the sauce
– 1/2 cup of water
– 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of sake or white wine
– 1 tablespoon of sweet mirin
– 1 teaspoon of sugar
– 100 grams of grated daikon radish
PREPARATION METHOD
1. Finely chop the onion, citron it a little in the pan and remove it. You can also do it in the microwave. Place in a heat resistant container and mix with 1/2 tablespoon of oil. Put it in the microwave at 600 W for 3 minutes and leave it until it is no longer very hot.
2. Place the ground beef and salt in a bowl and mix. Add the egg, breadcrumbs and onion and mix well. Separate into three equal parts, give each one an oval shape.
3. Pour 1/2 tablespoon of oil into a skillet and add the hamburger steaks. Put the lid on and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes or so. Add the sauce, place the lid on to steam over medium low heat for about 5 minutes. When the burgers are done, remove them from the pan. Reduce the remaining sauce over medium heat until thickened.
4. Serve the burger on a plate, top with grated daikon radish and pour over the sauce. Ready!
(You can also put what you prefer as a flavor on top with a garnish salad, smashed potatoes, etc.)
