Ingredients
- Spinach: 1/3 bunch
- Salt: 0.5 g (0.02 ounces)
- Pepper: to taste
- Eggs: 2
- Cheese (to melt): 20 g (0.7 ounces)
- Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
Preparation
- Cook the spinach in boiling water, cut into 3cm (1.2in) pieces, quickly sauté in the butter, then season with salt and pepper.
- Butter (extra) ramequin dishes, spread (1) on bottom, and crack 1 egg into each. Next, sprinkle with cheese, drizzle with soy sauce, and bake for 4 to 5 minutes.
