Potato and Egg Croquettes – Easy Recipe!
Rich and easy recipe to prepare either for lunch or dinner. Ready in 20 minutes!
INGREDIENTS
– 2 eggs
– 2 medium potatoes
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 20 gr of bacon or bacon
– 1/4 medium onion
– Flour, egg and panko or bread powder for breading.
PREPARATION MODE
1. Boil and chop the eggs. Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel them and mash them.
2. Chop the bacon and onion, fry in salad oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Mix (1) and (2), make a ball of the mixture and pass it through the flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs (in that order) and fry in oil.
4. Arrange the croquettes and the salad of your choice in a bowl and add the ketchup if you like.
