Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable products:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of wear
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
  • Any product in which the return request is made more than 7 days after the date of receipt. In accordance with the delivery date by the postal service in case of Express Mail Service. If it is not possible to determine the exact date, it will be determined based on the average delivery time to that country.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
If you still haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next step, contact your bank. It often takes some time before your refund is reflected on your statement.

Sale items (where applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@royumi.com
We do not make replacements due to error in size, color or other characteristic that the client has chosen erroneously.

Shipment
To return your product, contact us directly to start the process and send you the postal address to make the shipment.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.
