- Avocado: 1/2
- Cream cheese: 15 g (1/2 ounce)
- Cherry tomatoes: 2
- Lettuce leaf: to taste
- Unsalted soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Bring the cream cheese to room temperature and then knead.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Pack the cream cheese in the area where the avocado pit was removed, then chill in a refrigerator.
Peel the avocado and then cut radially into 8 pieces. Serve garnished with cherry tomatoes and cheese cubes.
