Ingredients

  • Spinach: 1/3 bunch
  • Salt: 0.5 g (0.02 ounces)
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Eggs: 2
  • Cheese (to melt): 20 g (0.7 ounces)
  • Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon

Preparation

  1. Cook the spinach in boiling water, cut into 3cm (1.2in) pieces, quickly sauté in the butter, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Butter (extra) ramequin dishes, spread (1) on bottom, and crack 1 egg into each. Next, sprinkle with cheese, drizzle with soy sauce, and bake for 4 to 5 minutes.
