How to Book a Lesson

To Book your language lessons with us is as simple as:

  1. Choose the language and modality of your preference. e.g. English / Online 1 to 1
  2. Select the date and time you would like to take the lesson
  3. Provide us your contact information, and if you wish, specify your level and goals you would like to achieve.
  4. Next, we will contact you to confirm the date and time, as well as a link where you can make your payment for the lesson. Once the payment is confirmed the lesson is officially booked.

For organizational reasons, it is possible to book a lesson from the third day from the time the form is filled out. If the payment has not been made 24 hours before the lesson, this will be cancelled. It is possible to change the reservation to a later date at no additional cost, as long as it is at least 24 hours before the previously reserved class.

Most of our classes are held online, using the Google Meet app, which is free and easily accessible. To learn more about Google Meet, we recommend you visit their website https://meet.google.com/


We will take care in preparing the space for the video call and send you the link with which you can access the lesson. You will just have to click on the link and follow a few simple steps in the Google Meet app.

For people residing in the Odawara, Japan area, we can hold classes in public places of your choice e.g. coffee shops, civic centers, public libraries, parks, etc.

In this mode, you can take advantage of a work break or lunch hour to have a casual lesson of conversation with us.
